Messenger Support
Support to Client will be provided Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am–5pm Mountain Standard Time unless otherwise stated by the Company. The Company reserves the right to spend no longer than 10 minutes per day on messenger with Client. Please note that while the Company may occasionally provide additional support at its discretion, the Client acknowledges these limits to prevent any potential misuse of support.
No Guarantees
The Company will do everything within its power to ensure the value of the program is realized. However, results depend on the Client’s commitment and action. Therefore, the Company cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and all comments regarding potential results are expressions of opinion only.
Confidentiality
The Client acknowledges that they will be receiving information proprietary and confidential to the Company. The Client agrees not to intentionally disclose and will use best efforts to prevent unintentional disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information concerning the Company. All information provided to the Client by the Company will be considered confidential unless otherwise indicated.
Non-Disparagement
Client shall not make any false, disparaging, or derogatory statements—publicly or privately—regarding the Company, its employees, or agents. Similarly, the Company agrees not to make false, disparaging, or derogatory statements regarding the Client or their relationship with the Company.
Promotional Material
Client agrees that the Company may use their name, social media handles, and any results gained from the program for promotional purposes on the Company’s website and social media platforms. Any additional agreements regarding promotional material will be made in writing.
Miscellaneous
Client agrees to hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, employees, and independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damages, lawsuits, or judgments (including attorney’s fees and costs) arising from participation or actions under this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. The laws of Canada shall govern the validity, construction, and interpretation of this Agreement and the rights and duties of the parties herein.
Waiver and Cancellation Policy
The Company understands that life happens—illnesses, emergencies, and schedule changes. However, the Client is responsible for showing up and completing the work to see results. Due to the nature of this work, all package fees are non-refundable.
The Company is committed to coaching the Client toward clarity, strategy, and confidence. The Client is encouraged to trust their intuition when making financial decisions and communicate openly if something feels misaligned during sessions. I, the payee, understand that Kelsey Pew Coaching cannot guarantee specific results. I understand there are risks associated with any personal or business investment and freely accept those risks. I acknowledge that my coach, Kelsey Pew, is not liable for any loss or damages to person or property resulting from our coaching together.
