Ultimately that will be up to you. However, I am in the business of results, which is why I always include a free discovery call and a questionnaire that must be completed before our first session. If you are working with me, you are ready to make some real changes in your life. So don’t be surprised if you come out of your first session feeling peppered by an abundance of aha moments!

I have a degree in history, a minor in psychology, and I’m a certified business coach. You could say I’m passionate about stories and humans. My main focus in history was on the industrial revolution, capitalism, the rise of the middle class, and how women fit into it. Learning about our past was great because it gave me a solid foundation of how the world works and how it relates to business. The business coaching course taught me the power of open-ended questions and how they can transform any perspective and conversation. And my psych background allows me to dig deeper into your soul (wink wink).
